Description: RTE intends to launch the call for the execution of the electrical benchmark oriented engineering studies "Engineering Works" for the HVDC Voltage Sourced Converter (VSC) Converter System in symmetrical monopole configuration operating at nominal DC voltage of 320 kV composed of 2 (two) onshore converter stations with capacity of 1.2 GW (each connected to 400 kV AC substation) and initially of 1 (one) and finally 2 (two) offshore substations each composed of offshore converter platform and offshore converter station with capacity of 1.2 GW including the AC switch gear connected to the grid of an offshore wind farm. To obtain the best overview of the market solutions available, RTE will award the execution of "Electrical Engineering Works" to maximum 3 (three) organizations responding the criteria set up in the Invitation to Tender Documentation. For that purpose, this Contract Notice is composed of 3 identical lots. The selection criteria of the organizations for award of the lots will be represented in the Invitation to Tender documentation

These conditions are required to secure the confidentiality and high-level quality of the investigations and facilitate the interactions of RTE's personnel, in charge of the participation and management.

Informations complémentaires: The contract notice is under French law. The time for this contract notice is the French time. The applicable law of the future contracts will be French law. Official communications shall be conducted via the message board of RTE e-procurement platform, namely https://rte-france.bravosolution.com. Applicants wishing to participate in the pre-qualification process must provide the Expression of Interest and the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) duly filled in via RTE e-procurement platform including but not limited to: (i) for single company — company name, main contact name and main contact address, (ii) for consortia — brief description of consortium structure, companies names, main contact name and main contact address. The binding letter with all participants signed by each company legal representative with power of attorney will be requested. The PQQ, which is available on the RTE e-procurement platform, is a questionnaire divided into general questions regarding the applicants and more specific questions regarding the applicants competences relevant to the scope of the Services and the experiences / references. RTE reserves its right to exclude consortium applicants that would modify their structure partway through the process without prior approval from RTE. Any change in the form and/or composition of the single company or consortium at any point of the procedure shall be prior approved in writing by RTE.
